Once again the Democratic Party leadership in the House and Senate is getting hammered by the Republicans. This time it's the stimulus bill.
For the last week there's been a steady stream of Republicans on corporate media criticizing the stimulus bill as nothing more than a big spending pork bill containing all the Democrats pet projects and won't do anything to create jobs. Now, after a week of attacks a Rasmussen poll show a majority of Americans against the plan. Of course a big part of the blame has to go to corporate media and their steady diet of repeating Republican talking points as fact.
Why has this happened? Where's the leadership of the Democratic Party? Where's Obama?
