So the owners of Republic Windows, close Republic, and form a new company called Echo Windows in Iowa.... they buy a window and door company in Iowa called TRACO. TRACO, apparently, pays their non union workers $9.00 an hour....half what a Republic worker made....
$9.00 and hour....$18,000 a year. This is a below poverty level wage....
